Statistics show that an average of $137 per person will be spent on Valentine's Day? I don't know about you but on the heels of Christmas bills, that is a lot of money. So I went searching for Valentine's Day Gift ideas that won't break the bank. This article had some great ideas! I thought the keepsake box was a cute idea.
